JumpRope
JumpRope is a new concept emerging out of Chicago. The basic premise behind JumpRope is that people do not like waiting in line and in certain situations people would prefer to pay a fee to skip ahead of the line. A classic example would be a long line at a bar or club. With JumpRope, you could potentially open the app on your phone and pay an extra $5 to skip the line and go right in.
I developed the JumpRope iPhone app. The app includes the ability to login or register, search for deals by the name of a location, and show nearby deals. If you find a deal that entices you, you can purchase the deal from within the app. Once you are ready to redeem the deal you can open the app up and present your purchase to the doorman or manager and jump ahead of the line.
